Harry Styles' Self-Titled Debut Album Gets a Release Date

Bad Lip Reading Strikes Back! 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Stars Mark Hamill as… Han Solo?!

Adele gifted Harry Styles a copy of '21' on his 21st birthday

It looks like the "force" was never with Harry Styles.

He shared the album's name, cover art, release date and track listing on Twitter on Thursday (13Apr17) ahead of its pre-order opening on Friday (14Apr17). The Chainsmokers are at No.3 with debut album Memories - Do Not Open (14,068 sales), with Drake's More Life (11,602 sales) and Take That's Wonderland (11,471 sales) completing the Top 5. On the back he appears topless too, with his wet hair in his face while submerged in murky water up to his neck and surrounded by random bits of debris. In June, Styles went right to work after he signed a solo record deal with Columbia Records.

Styles came to fame with the British boy band One Direction, which has been on an indefinite hiatus since December 2015. "I liked being away from everything and doing it like that", according to the Sydney Morning Herald. 'The Obi Wan stand-alone movie may not star Harry in the lead role but could see him play a smaller part.

The One Directioner is set to perform on SNL on Saturday though, which may give the song the boost it so sorely needs. It's self titled, there are 10 tracks, and it's got a stunning look to it. Harry's television teaser was stunning, his track art for SOTT was attractive, and it looks like he's kept the theme for the entire album.

Harry is the third member of One Direction to branch out into solo work, following Zayn Malik and Niall Horan.
