I'm far from an expert when it comes to Star Wars aliens, but I certainly know a slick-looking leather jacket when I see one, and this may be the most stylish alien in the galaxy.

Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy has revealed the movie studio is close to finalising the next spin-off picture, following "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" and "Han Solo: A Star Wars Story", which is due out next year.

Speaking to MTV, she didn't commit to a timetable, but said, "My hope would be sometime around the summer".

This week's Star Wars: Force for Change victor is getting the chance to appear in the upcoming Han Solo movie!

"There's no question that this is set up as a trilogy and that three-act structure of the set-up, the conflict, and the resolution very much is what we have planned."
However, Kennedy didn't rule out episodes X-XII.

The film stars Alden Ehrenreich as the young Han Solo Donald Glover as the young Lando Calrissian, Joonas Suotomo as Chewbacca, Emilia Clarke, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Michael K. Williams and Woody Harrelson as Beckett, the young Solo's mentor.

It would actually be better if they went this route for the next movie.

Iger sparked speculation that Han Solo wasn't the space smuggler's original name at a press event last month when he shared what fans can expect in next year's untitled standalone movie about the character. He says, "There's lots of twists and turns, and I really want people to experience those when they see the movie for the first time".
