The victor will be selected by a voting panel, including national media and each of the Mannings, after the bowl games. The two Pac-12 stars join 28 other QB's on the list announced Wednesday. The list of 10 finalists will be released on November 30. The list of 10 finalists will be released on Thursday, November 30 and the victor will be announced in the week following the College Football Playoff National Championship.
