The trailer places focus on the tropical areas, stating "New Serets of the Alola Region Will Be Revealed", hinting that mysterious shadow cast over the land is due to legendary Pokemon, Necrozma.

Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon are set to release on November 17 for Nintendo 3DS. The Pokemon Company has just graced us with a ton of new info surrounding the new games' plot, characters, and new Z-Power Ring.

On top of this, Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon are said to include brand new monsters, on top of evolutions for Solgaleo and Lunala, the two Legendary Pokemon that were seen in Pokemon Sun and Moon, respectively.

Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will also introduce a new Z-Power Ring (which allows trainers and their Pokemon to use extra-powerful special moves), which allows for more Z-Moves than the last games. Additionally, there will be some important information that comes to light regarding the Alola region as a whole.

You can check out the trailer below, which also shows some of the changes and additions that will come for Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. The video also gives players a closer look at Dusk Form Lycanroc, the recently revealed new form of the wolf Pokemon.

For those who don't follow the Pokemon TCG regularly, GX cards are a new type of Pokemon card that have a special and ultra-powerful "GX-move".

In the original Sun and Moon games, Rockruff only had two evolutions, and would only evolve into one based on the time of day; evolving in the day made it Midday Lycanroc, while evolving at night made it Midnight Lycanroc.

Unfortunately, there was no mention of the long-rumored Pokemon Stars, which was slated to be the working title for the port of Pokemon Sun and Moon, which was said to be coming to the Nintendo Switch.
