Mystikal Turns Himself In On Rape Charge

U.S. Marshals arrested Holman in Killeen, Texas on Friday (Aug. 18).

KSLA is reporting that the alleged incident happened at a Shreveport casino.

At the time, the rapper was in Shreveport-Bossier City for the "Legends of Southern Hip-Hop" concert.

Rapper Mystical is looking at a mountain of legal troubles after turning himself into cops and slapped with a rape charge.

Investigators reportedly collected evidence at the scene linked to Mystikal and 26-year-old Averweone Holman. A warrant was later issued for her arrest charging her to one count of Accessory After the Fact to First Degree Rape with a bond set at $200,000.

Banks, who Phillips said was arrested on charges of assaulting an officer, was not in the Bell County Jail records Monday.

Tyler was wanted on a warrant listing a charge of first-degree rape.

Before surrendering to police, Mystikal told KSLA News that he's turning himself in to "to get this business reconciled, get this behind me, man".

Tyler was released from a Louisiana prison in 2010 after serving six years for sexual battery and extortion.

However, both Mystikal and Wafford are still at large.

According to TMZ, Mystikal, real name Michael Tyler, is denying the accusation and plans to plead not guilty.

Police are looking for 42-year-old Tenichia Wafford of Harker Heights in connection with the case. Bond was set at $2 million each.
