Kevin Durant doesn't regret his engaging and arguing with basketball fans on Twitter, but he does regret throwing former head coach Billy Donovan under the bus in his recent social media gaffe. At a tech conference in San Francisco on Tuesday, he said "I use Twitter to engage with fans".
"I'll move on from that, it was tough to deal with yesterday". It's not the fact that people were talking about me, because I deserve that, but I'm just more upset with myself that I let myself go that far, you know what I was saying? "I apologize for that".
Moments ago, Draymond Green took his turn at the podium and explained how he reacted to Durant's freaky behavior on twitter. And he told reporters on Friday that Durant didn't hesitate to laugh at him about that. "Then the next day I saw him in person and I laughed in his face. It's pretty amusing to me".
The Golden State Warriors forward has since come clean, taking full responsibility and admitting that it was he who did it, instead of taking the "I was hacked" route. This was pretty amusing. And the beat goes on, they were all laughing at my face. So, it was little payback. I stood right there, over there and laughed in his face.
"That was just me being a total (expletive) idiot". We all have days in life where we'll just having fun.It was fun for the time being and now it's not too fun. "He feels bad about it, there's nothing he can do to change it".
