Neymar fit to face Bayern, penalty row resurfaces

What do you think Africa?

European transfer website Tuttomercatoweb claim Everton have held a meeting with PSG about signing Cavani.

Edinson Cavani asked Neymar if he thought he was Lionel Messi, when the Brazilian walked into Paris Saint-Germain's dressing room for the first time, emerging report has revealed.

Cavani subsequently saw his spot-kick saved and left the stadium with speaking. Neymar's fellow compatriots Dani Alves, Lucas Moura and Marquinhos, as well as others such as Kylian Mbappe, Marco Verratti and Angel Di Maria were present, but last season's top scorer seemingly failed to show.

Fans are still in agitation over the recent clash between Brazilian Neymar and his Uruguayan teammate Cavani over who got to take a penalty kick.

PSG coach Unai Emery spoke to the whole squad and said he would decide who takes penalties in future.

The Edinson Cavani-Neymar soap opera appears to have taken another twist. "There will be, from now, the first shooter and the second one".

Both sides won their respective group openers at a canter, PSG beating Celtic 5-0 in Glasgow while Bayern recorded a 3-0 home victory over Anderlecht.

PSG are believed to be negotiating a truce between the pair.

When Neymar returned from his London trip, he exploded in anger because of Cavani's stand and claimed to be injured on Friday before playing against Montpellier HSC which ended in a goalless draw.

Only two of the players secured exits - Aurier to Tottenham and Matuidi to Juventus.
