First teaser for New Mutants coming tomorrow

The X-Men spin-off, due for release in 2018, stars Game of Thrones star Williams as Rahne Sinclair, aka Wolfsbane. Now that you've seen the first trailer, are you all in?

Watch the trailer above now.

The New Mutants follows a diverse group of teenage who discover they have extraordinary powers while held captive in a secret facility and must tackle their demons while trying to save themselves. It's also been described as a horror movie set in the X-Men movie universe, which is something totally different from anything we've encountered so far within the franchise.

The team first appeared in Marvel Comics in 1982 and was co-created by Chris Claremont and Bob McLeod, although, this adaption looks to be a little different than its source material. They'll be joined by Alice Braga (I Am Legend) as their mentor Dr. Cecilia Reyes.

Now that Fox has debuted the first look at New Mutants fans and casual moviegoers alike may have a better idea of what to expect from this particular X-Men spinoff. Certainly, since there are exactly six months until New Mutants hits theaters, there's still plenty more to see in terms of a full trailer and the studio's major promotional push closer to the release date. The creepy factor is set early - long, dark industrial hallways, followed by a not-so-comforting-looking Alice Braga telling our five young mutants - Game of Thrones' Maisie Williams, The Witch's Anya Taylor-Joy, Stranger Things' Charlie Heaton, 13 Reasons Why's Henry Zaga, and The Original's Blu Hunt - that they are there because they are risky.
