Yesterday we told you that Sony is offering free PlayStation Plus subscriptions to all those who were affected by the hurricanes this year, and now they've announced a new promotional event which allows PS4 owners to use online features for free. We're celebrating Black Friday early and for an entire week this year in the USA, starting on November 19 through Cyber Monday on November 27, at participating retailers while supplies last. If you've been itching to get in on the multiplayer action for your favorite games of the year, Sony is giving you the ideal opportunity without having to spend a dime. The company recently revealed its official sales plans for Black Friday and the days surrounding it, including Cyber Monday.
PlayStation Plus members will have early access to the PlayStation Store Black Friday Sale starting November 17.
This means people can purchase the PS VR with "Gran Turismo Sport" for $299.99 and the PS VR bundle with "Skyrim VR" for $349.99 after $100 discounts on each bundle.
The DualShock 4 translucent-designed controllers - available in Crystal, Blue Crystal, and Red Crystal - will also be discounted, and their prices will start at $39.99. Regarding the PS VR headset, all bundles will be discounted down to $300 for the holiday.
A PS Plus subscription will still be needed to make the most of the monthly free games, however. Black Friday lands on November 24 this year.
