Facebook Ranked No. 1 on 'Best Places to Work' List

Job site Glassdoor has today released its ranking of the best places to work; Anglian Water and housing association Bromford came in second and third place respectively, leaving Facebook in fourth place.

Companies that top Glassdoor's list seem to have cracked that code.

Consulting firms Bain & Company and Boston Consulting Group also topped this year's list, which draws from millions of anonymous reviews left on the website rating staffers' career opportunities and compensation, their views on the chief executive officer's performance, the firm's culture and values and other job factors.

New Home Star, the largest private seller of new homes in America has been honored with a Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2018. It's perhaps best summed up by author and TED Speaker Simon Sinek: "Customers will never love a company until the employees love it first". Hohman says they each offer company cultures that are unique to them. "What we really see them appreciate most is the company's mission-driven culture, transparent leadership and the fact that their work literally impacts the lives of billions of people worldwide". Our award-winning Dayforce solution helps our customers manage compliance, make better decisions, develop great teams behaviour and drive engagement with their employees.

The Employees' Choice Awards campaign relies exclusively on the input of employees, who provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor. "We're proud to celebrate the 2018 winners as we mark our 10th anniversary of the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Awards". The business goal is simple: To Sell More Homes, More Profitablyâ„¢.
