Rowe and Dubose most recently were inmates at Baldwin State Prison in nearby Milledgeville, the corrections department said. Slade would not identify the escaped inmates but the Georgia Department of Corrections tweeted on Tuesday that police were searching for two white men, Donnie Rowe and Ricky Dubose .
