United Kingdom healthcare systems hit by massive ransomware attack

British hospitals hit by cyber attacks

Hospitals and clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) in London, Blackpool, Hertfordshire and Derbyshire were among those to report problems. Doctors' practices and pharmacies reported similar problems. It said 16 NHS organizations had reported being hit. The Spanish government said several companies had been targeted in ransomware cyberattack that affected the Windows operating system of employees' computers.
